"To be interested in the changing seasons is..... a happier state of mind than to be hopelessly in love with spring." -George Santayana
Don't be stuck in one state of mind. Try to be flexible in your thinking. Inner flexibility is an important factor for adaption to environmental or physiological changes within your body, not only in cancer patients, but also for people suffering with other diseases as well. Try to be open minded and flexible. It would help to adapt easier to changes, so that you can better deal with them.
