Blood Sugar Balance
Blood sugar, or what we call glucose, is the main sugar in blood. It is our body's main source of energy. Glucose comes from the food we eat. Our blood helps carry this blood sugar into each and every cell of our body, so that they can continue with their normal life cycle and keep us healthy.
Diabetes, however, is a disease in which our blood sugar (or glucose) levels are too high. This may cause serious problems in the long run. Sometimes our blood sugar levels can be either too low or too high, even if we don't have diabetes. This problem can be often solved naturally by regular eating schedules and balanced eating habits.
The more fiber, protein, and fat you include with any meal or snack, the slower carbohydrates will be released into your blood, which is good for a balanced blood sugar (glucose) level. So, combining protein-rich foods and fat containing (make sure you don't consume much of animal fat, but rather nuts and seeds) with high-fiber carbohydrates at every meal and with snacks is an excellent way for a balanced glucose level in blood. Here we put together some ways to combine carbohydrates, protein, and fat.
Here are some tips we put together for you. Please like and share.
