Brooklyn Boulders - Somerville
Join our fundraising climbing event on July 19th at BKBS in Somerville.
Humans learn to climb before we even walk, pulling ourselves up to get a higher view. Our natural human instinct is to climb anything we can hold onto.
Nowadays rock climbing became an indoor and outdoor recreational sport that is one of the world's fastest growing mainstream sporting activities. It is safe and enjoyable for anyone of any age to climb at their own comfort and ability level.
No matter if you are interested in improving your cardiovascular health, toning muscles, or losing weight, rock climbing may be just what the doctor ordered! A healthy lifestyle is significant in cancer prevention, especially for lung, breast, and colorectal cancers.

We’re almost there! Climbers, have you gotten your tickets already to Climb up for cancer with us this upcoming us? Only few days left to RSVP and get your ticket.

Here is the schedule of the event:
10.30AM: Meeting at the BKB Somerville (Check-in at the CRS table*)
11.00AM: Intro provided by BKBS (make sure to be on time), climbing begins
1:30PM: Lunch Group + CRS Game
3.30PM: CRS Game Winner Announcement
7:00PM: End
*BKB members are required to present their membership ID to the CRS staff.
