1) event planning and organization,
2) team organization,
3) outreach,
4) flyer distribution,
5) writing emails,
6) be present at the events and help out, e.g. check-in, snack distribution, assisting in event interactive learning, and taking pictures.
Each of these events will be approximately around 20-30 people of all ages (no large groups), enjoying outdoors activities, while learning about effective, daily cancer prevention methods.
We have a deadline and a strict timeline to conduct these events, so our recruitment is immediate.

✔ Helping the public to learn about cancer prevention and help raising awareness

This support from the City of Cambridge, MA Public Health Department - Health Promotion Mini Grant, sponsored by the Hildeo Sasaki Foundation, will help us bring our decade-long, signature, and beloved CERI Outdoor Cancer Education Events™ to the community — empowering people of all ages to take charge of their health through expert-led practical methods for cancer prevention while engaging sports activities.
This program is more so a movement toward healthier futures for our neighborhoods, our city, and our world.
